What does it mean that Petit&Jolie care products are natural?
All ingredients used in Petit&Jolie products are of natural origin — for example, plants, flowers and herbs.
The ingredients are not derived from petroleum or created directly in a laboratory.
What is the difference between natural and organic care products?
These two terms are often used interchangeably, but there is a clear difference.
All ingredients used by Petit&Jolie are naturally sourced. Some of these are also grown organically.
Officially, a care product can only be called organic if all ingredients are natural, unprocessed and come from organic farming. In practice, such products are rare.
An example would be a skincare oil made solely from organically grown almond oil — containing nothing but almond oil.
Are all Petit&Jolie products safe?
Yes, all products are completely safe. They are produced, tested and approved with the utmost care, in accordance with the required European cosmetics regulations.
Can Petit&Jolie products cause a skin reaction?
Petit&Jolie products are made with natural ingredients. If someone is allergic to one of these ingredients, it may cause a rash or skin irritation.
Always check the INCI list on the packaging.

Are Petit&Jolie products suitable for vegans?
All products are suitable for vegans, except the nappy cream and calendula balm.
These contain beeswax and lanolin, which help moisturise the skin and create a water-repellent barrier.
Do Petit&Jolie products have an expiry date?
Petit&Jolie products do not have a fixed expiry date.
However, once opened, they are best used within six months. Exposure to oxygen after opening may gradually affect product quality.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping rates can be found under the section ‘Shipping Costs’ on our website.
How long does delivery take?
Orders within the Netherlands are delivered within three working days after payment.
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 3:00 p.m. for next-day delivery.
Can I return my order?
Yes, customers have the right to return products within 14 days of receipt.
Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
Once the product has been received — undamaged and unopened — the purchase amount will be refunded.
