What does it mean that Petit&Jolie care products are natural?<\/h3>\n

All ingredients used in Petit&Jolie products are of natural origin \u2014 for example, plants, flowers and herbs.
The ingredients are not derived from petroleum or created directly in a laboratory.<\/p>\n

What is the difference between natural and organic care products?<\/h3>\n

These two terms are often used interchangeably, but there is a clear difference.
All ingredients used by Petit&Jolie are naturally sourced. Some of these are also grown organically.<\/p>\n

Officially, a care product can only be called organic<\/em> if all<\/strong> ingredients are natural, unprocessed and come from organic farming. In practice, such products are rare.
An example would be a skincare oil made solely from organically grown almond oil \u2014 containing nothing but almond oil.<\/p>\n

Are all Petit&Jolie products safe?<\/h3>\n

Yes, all products are completely safe. They are produced, tested and approved with the utmost care, in accordance with the required European cosmetics regulations.<\/p>\n

Can Petit&Jolie products cause a skin reaction?<\/h3>\n

Petit&Jolie products are made with natural ingredients. If someone is allergic to one of these ingredients, it may cause a rash or skin irritation.

Are Petit&Jolie products suitable for vegans?<\/h3>\n

All products are suitable for vegans, except<\/strong> the nappy cream<\/strong> and calendula balm<\/strong>.
These contain beeswax and lanolin, which help moisturise the skin and create a water-repellent barrier.<\/p>\n

Do Petit&Jolie products have an expiry date?<\/h3>\n

Petit&Jolie products do not have a fixed expiry date.
However, once opened, they are best used within six months<\/strong>. Exposure to oxygen after opening may gradually affect product quality.<\/p>\n

How much are the shipping costs?<\/h3>\n

Shipping rates can be found under the section \u2018Shipping Costs\u2019<\/strong> on our website.<\/p>\n

How long does delivery take?<\/h3>\n

Orders within the Netherlands are delivered within three working days<\/strong> after payment.
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 3:00 p.m.<\/strong> for next-day delivery<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Can I return my order?<\/h3>\n

Yes, customers have the right to return products within 14 days<\/strong> of receipt.
Return shipping costs are at the customer\u2019s expense.
Once the product has been received \u2014 undamaged and unopened \u2014 the purchase amount will be refunded.<\/p>\n
