You should know what you apply to the skin, how a product works, and what it really does for the skin. It is also essential to understand what a product is made of and what its impact is after use. The lifecycle of a product must make sense and be in balance with the environment.

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

Why is Petit&Jolie designed especially for babies and children?

A baby’s skin is four to five times thinner than an adult’s and produces less sebum. This makes baby skin more sensitive to irritations, which can be very uncomfortable.

In addition, a baby’s skin cells are less densely packed and the stratum corneum is thinner. In other words: baby skin is “more open” than adult skin, which means substances are absorbed more quickly. And did you know that even in adults, 60% of what you apply to the skin is absorbed? All the more reason to be absolutely sure of what you use on your little one’s skin.

There are plenty of reasons to choose a care line specially developed for sensitive baby and children’s skin – gentle on the skin and kind to nature.

Babies and children are pure and develop incredibly fast. For us, it is truly special that we can contribute to this development, even in a small way.

Petit&Jolie was founded in 2013 by Esther Keddeman.
